BQS offers a thorough restaurant floor cleaning service in both the front and back of house.

In the front of house, BQS teams move all tables and chairs then vacuum, sweep and mop all floors thoroughly, cleaning baseboards, table bases, polishing wood and dusting horizontal surfaces, vents and beams, windowsills, lampshades and pictures. Crews then return all tables and chairs to their original positions.

In the back of house, we perform nightly cleaning of restaurant kitchen floors, mats, and baseboards. We sweep and dispose of debris, apply hot water and approved degreaser to the floors, deck or machine scrub, and rinse floors clean. Special attention is paid to cooking equipment, prep tables, expo and serving lines, and refrigeration appliances. We also clean and sanitize drains to ensure the strictest hygiene standards are maintained.
